United StatesOne of the 3 racks was broken beyond repair when it arrived. The plastic that they are made of is very flimsy. We are using the other 2 and they seem to be working fine. We’ll see how long they last.
United StatesThis is a very cheap item and terribly over priced. It arrived in poor condition and I can’t use my spice bottles or medicine bottles in it. I asked for and received notification that my money has been refunded. I am happy with the customer service.
